The APBU oversees negotiations for four separate bargaining units: Contract Faculty, Full-time Faculty, Librarians, and Staff.

Contract Faculty

The current contract faculty Collective Agreement was negotiated to cover 2020-2025.

This unit's Collective Agreement is currently under negotiation.

The current full-time faculty Collective Agreement was negotiated to cover 2022-2025

In 2025 the Collective Agreement was rolled over to 2028.
