The Bishop's University Faculty Association (UBFA) is notified of the actions taken by the administration of Bishop's University against Dr. Christopher Darius Stonebanks and is in communication with him for further proceedings. The APBU union is deeply concerned by this action and the underlying issue of procedural fairness, the right to a safe work environment free from discrimination, including racial discrimination, acts of reprisal, and the right to academic freedom. We continue to work with Dr. Stonebanks and our legal representatives to ensure that the rights of Dr. Stonebanks and all of our members are respected and upheld.
